The "TCV-2D model" is a vertical core drilling machine that processes ultra-telephoto lenses and the outer circumference and beveling of flat glass from digital cameras. To maintain the outer diameter processing accuracy for workpieces with a maximum size of φ150×thickness up to 40mm, it incorporates high-precision guides in the slide section for the grinding wheel shaft. Additionally, after polishing, it aligns the center of the device's rotation axis with the optical axis that connects the curvature centers of both sides, allowing for grinding of the outer circumference to specified shape dimensions, as well as simultaneous beveling work to prevent chipping. 【Features】 ■ A vertical core drilling machine using a bell chuck/vacuum chuck method that can stably process lenses with a maximum diameter of φ150, which can become unstable with horizontal core drilling machines. ■ Eccentricity accuracy can be measured from the amount of movement of the image displayed on the monitor, allowing for pass/fail judgment against a user-defined tolerance. ■ The appropriate grinding wheel feed speed and workpiece axis rotation speed can be freely input from the touch panel. ■ Special specifications can be accommodated after detailed specification discussions. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
